Monnel provides ready-to-blend frozen smoothie kits, available in five distinct flavors. Our smoothies are carefully crafted and must be stored at -18°C to ensure freshness and quality. All allergens are clearly listed for each smoothie on our online shop. We recommend that customers review the ingredients before purchasing to avoid any allergic reactions.
Orders can be placed through our website at monnel.mk. We accept all major payment cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Diners Club. All prices are listed in Macedonian denars (MKD), and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during checkout.
We offer delivery services within North Macedonia. After placing an order, your smoothies will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeline. Delivery fees are as follows:
Our products are shipped frozen and must be stored in a freezer immediately upon receipt to maintain quality.
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as melted smoothies, you may return the box within 24 hours of delivery. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery cost.
Monnel is committed to protecting your personal data. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without your consent.
Monnel DOO Skopje is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the improper storage or handling of our products after delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in the event of a refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Skopje.
